2. Eligibility

3. Description of Service
resume-app.com provides users with tools powered by artificial intelligence to create, edit, manage, and download resumes and related documents. While certain features are available for free, full access to the Service requires a paid subscription.
4. Account Registration
To use certain features of the Service, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information, and to keep it updated. You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials.
5. Subscription Terms and Billing
5.1 Subscription Plans
We offer recurring subscription plans (monthly, quarterly, annual) that automatically renew unless cancelled by you prior to the end of the billing cycle.
5.2 Payment Authorization
By subscribing, you authorize us and our third-party payment processors to charge your selected payment method on a recurring basis. You will receive an email confirmation for each payment.
5.3 Free Trials and Promotions
From time to time, we may offer free trials or promotional periods. At the end of such periods, your subscription will convert to a paid plan unless cancelled beforehand.
5.4 Cancellation and Refund Policy
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting support. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing cycle. No prorated refunds are issued for unused time.
5.5 Right of Withdrawal (EU Users)
If you are a resident of the EU, you acknowledge and expressly agree that your right of withdrawal is waived once you access or download any part of the Service, in accordance with Article 16(m) of Directive 2011/83/EU.
6. Use of the Service
You agree not to use the Service in any unlawful manner, including but not limited to violating intellectual property rights, distributing malicious software, or interfering with the operation of the Service.
7. Intellectual Property
All content and software available through the Service is the property of VERTEXIA LTD or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works without express permission.
8. User Content
You retain ownership of content you submit or generate, such as resumes. By uploading or creating content, you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free license to host, use, and display such content solely to provide the Service.
9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at our sole discretion for any reason, including violation of these Terms.
10. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, VERTEXIA LTD SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES.
11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of Cyprus. For users located in the United States, disputes shall be governed by the laws of your state of residence and submitted to binding arbitration under the American Arbitration Association.
12. Modifications
We may revise these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitute your acceptance of the revised Terms.
